Delphine Earrings

All is not lost! Cassidy reached out to me personally which was so sweet. She was apologetic and immediately helped me out. I know she has a lot going on so her intentionality and timeliness is impressive and an inspiration. She fixed the issue and sent a new pair over. I’m forever grateful!

I hate writing this. Unfortunately, I am at the point where a negative review is my last step in my process with I’mperfect. My husband ordered these for me on Mother’s Day, and I was so excited. I *love* Cassidy and have bought jewelry from here before. It is beautiful! However, when I opened them, they were missing a stone on one of the earrings. I emailed I’mperfect 10 days ago, sent a follow up email 4 days after the first, and then also sent a direct message on the Instagram account. I have not heard back on any of these platforms over the last 10 days. I feel frustrated that we were sent a faulty product and haven’t been responded to. At this point, it is frustrating, and I have purchased an item that wasn’t completed and am out $74.

I have worn these earrings multiple times since they arrived two weeks ago. They are one of my favorite pairs and it feels like they go with almost any outfit!!

These earrings are one of a kind, they are absolutely stunning!

These easily have become some of my favorite earrings and I get compliments every time I wear them.
