Have your order number ready - it starts with a #. Requesting your return here is the only way to get a prepaid label and make sure your package reaches our warehouse.
Return policy
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Once your request is approved, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label to print.
- Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Orders placed with a discount or promotional code keep full 30-day return rights. Using a code does not make an item final sale.
