Order Processing
- Timeline: Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. During peak times, such as sales or holiday seasons, this may extend up to 4-6 business days.
Shipping Fees and Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping:
- Charge: $7.95 for orders below $75.
- Free for orders exceeding $75.
- Expected Delivery: Arrives in 3-8 business days post-dispatch.

Expedited Shipping:
- Charge: $19.95 per order.
- Delivery Timeline: 2-4 business days.
- Note: Cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes; a physical address is necessary.
Shipping Providers
- Shipments are conducted via UPS for expedited deliveries and USPS Parcel Select for standard service.
Addressing Delivery Concerns
- Responsibility for the order passes to the recipient once marked as delivered by the carrier’s tracking system. For any issues, directly contact:
- UPS at 1-800-742-5877
- Your local post office for USPS Parcel Select queries.
Handling Damages
- Should your order arrive damaged, reach out to our customer care within 24 hours with photographic evidence of the damage to facilitate a swift resolution.
Warehouse Schedule
- Operations are Monday through Friday. Orders submitted over the weekend or post-Friday noon CST are processed the following business week.
